Radical Behavior Group, LLC was founded by two passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on a mission to improve the quality of training and professional development offered to providers in the ABA field. ​

With over seven years of experience in the field, Erin and Magali know the struggles and barriers that aspiring behavior analysts and newly certified behavior analysts face on a daily basis. Their mission is to teach, motivate, and inspire clinicians to grow to their fullest potential in order to provide compassionate and effective behavior analytic services to the client's they serve.
