Erin Cady and Magali Torres
Magali Torres, MA, BCBA
Magali is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of South Florida. Specializing in early intervention and working with elementary-age learners, Magali has extensive experience providing in-home, clinic, and school-based behavior support services to children with Autism. Her dedication to the field led her to develop a keen interest in training future supervisors, recognizing the profound impact that skilled mentorship can have on the quality of care.
Magali is committed to advancing the field of ABA by developing competent clinicians that prioritize making meaningful connections with their learners to promote exceptional progress . Through her work, she continues to inspire and educate ABA providers, shaping a future of more impactful and empathetic care.


Erin Cady, MA, BCBA
Meet Erin, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! Erin received her Masters of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Erin found the field after quitting her retail position in hopes of finding that spark of “purpose” with her next career path. A close friend encouraged her to look into ABA and the rest is history! Erin is passionate about creating long lasting relationships with families she serves. Erin's focus is in Early Intervention and has been trained extensively in progressive practices.
